What is AniList?

AniList is a free website that allows anime and manga fans to create accounts and track the series they watch or read.
You can organize media into lists such as currently watching, completed, planning, and more.
AniList is also a powerful discovery platform where you can browse seasons, top rankings, recommendations, and community data.

What is Silvianna?

Silvianna is a native iOS client for AniList.
It provides the same general content you see on the AniList website, but with a design made specifically for iPhone.

While AniList’s website is excellent, it is not optimized for mobile or built with iOS conventions.
Silvianna closes that gap, offering:

Do I need an AniList account to use Silvianna?

Yes.
Silvianna requires an AniList account and will not work without one.

Can I use all AniList features inside Silvianna?

No.

Silvianna communicates directly with AniList.
Nothing is reported back to the developers about what you watch or read.

If analytics are ever added, they will be privacy-preserving and opt-in.
You should consult AniList’s own privacy policy for how they handle your data.

How does Silvianna handle adult content?

Adult content visibility is controlled by your AniList account settings.
Silvianna respects those settings. If you disable adult content on AniList, the app will not show it.

For minors

Silvianna uses Apple’s native age range system.

The app does not ask for your age.
It does not receive your exact age or date of birth.
iOS simply provides a broad age category (example: “under minimum threshold”) if a parent chooses to share it.

This is handled at the system level:
